richph collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with Philippine regulatory requirements. We do not collect data for its own sake.
All data transmitted between your device and the richph platform is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive data at rest — including payment details and identity documents — is stored using strong encryption protocols.

Important: This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how richph ("richph," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information about you ("Player," "User," "you") when you use the richph platform. By registering an account or using the richph platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1.1 richph is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of its platform. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC").
1.2 This Policy applies to all personal data collected by richph in connection with the operation of the richph platform, including data collected through the website, mobile application, customer support channels, and any other touchpoints through which you interact with richph.
1.3 This Policy should be read together with the richph Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the platform generally.
2.1 For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, richph is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data it collects and processes in connection with the richph platform.
2.2 richph has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and with applicable data privacy law. Contact details for the DPO are set out in Section 14 of this Policy.
3.1 richph collects the following categories of personal data:
Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and government-issued identification numbers (e.g., PhilSys ID number, passport number, driver's license number, UMID number, SSS/GSIS number, Voter's ID number).
Contact Data: Residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
Account Data: Username, account preferences, communication preferences, and account activity history.
Financial Data: Payment method details (e.g., GCash account number, Maya account number, bank account details), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records.
Verification Data: Copies of identity documents, proof of address documents, and proof of payment method ownership submitted for KYC purposes.
Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, and other technical information collected automatically when you access the platform.
Usage Data: Information about how you use the richph platform, including games played, bets placed, session duration, and navigation patterns.
Communications Data: Records of your communications with richph customer support, including live chat transcripts and email correspondence.
3.2 richph does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the DPA) unless strictly required for regulatory compliance purposes, in which case such collection will be subject to additional safeguards.
4.1 Directly from you — when you register an account , complete identity verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or update your account settings.

9.3 richph may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request. This is to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.

11.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, richph will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
11.3 While richph takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. richph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
12.1 The richph platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. richph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
12.2 If richph becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately close the associated account and delete the personal data in question, subject to any legal retention obligations.
12.3 If you believe that richph may have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact the DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 14.
13.1 richph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, richph will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.3 Your continued use of the richph platform after any amendment to this Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
