You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on richph. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming law. richph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts that fail verification.
Each player may hold only one richph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the richph platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the richph website or mobile application.
1.2 By registering an account with richph, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (d) all information you provide to richph is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the richph Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.4 richph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 for details on amendments.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the richph platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by richph. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. richph is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the richph platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. richph makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with richph: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from richph; (c) persons who are employees, contractors, or immediate family members of richph or its affiliated companies; (d) persons who are registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority; and (e) persons acting as agents or nominees for any ineligible person.
2.4 richph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other acceptable identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by richph may result in account suspension or closure.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account with richph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. richph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). richph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by richph for this purpose, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Approval. richph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.5 Consequences of False Registration. If richph determines that any information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete, richph may immediately suspend or close the account, void all pending bets, and withhold any funds pending investigation.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
4.2 You must notify richph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. richph can be contacted via the live chat support function available within the platform.
4.3 richph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 richph recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. richph reserves the right to require 2FA for certain account actions, including large withdrawals.
Security Tip: Never share your richph password with anyone — including persons claiming to be richph customer support staff. richph will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. richph accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where supported.
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. richph does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes. These restrictions are in place to comply with Philippine payment regulations and responsible gaming obligations. Any deposit attempt using a prohibited method will be declined and returned.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, and you must not use payment methods that are not registered in your own name. richph reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
5.5 Deposit Processing. richph aims to credit deposits to player accounts promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. richph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on richph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
6.1 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. richph reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable or where required for compliance purposes.
6.2 KYC Completion Required. Withdrawals will not be processed until a player's identity has been fully verified in accordance with richph's KYC procedures. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. richph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the richph banking section. richph reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
6.5 Wagering Requirements. Funds derived from bonuses or promotional credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. See Section 7 for details.
6.6 richph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
7.1 richph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. richph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
7.5 richph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and richph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the richph platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
8.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on richph use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated by trained dealers in monitored studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG systems.
8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, richph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. richph's decision in such matters is final.
8.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. richph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the richph platform:
9.2 richph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold funds pending investigation and regulatory reporting where required.
10.1 richph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. richph provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the richph platform may request self-exclusion via the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting richph support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, richph will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
10.3 Circumvention Prohibited. A player who has self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account or otherwise circumvent their exclusion. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds held in such account may be forfeited.
10.4 Age Restriction. richph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If richph has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. If the player cannot demonstrate that they are 21 or older, the account will be closed.

11.1 All content on the richph platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of richph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the richph platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or use any richph trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
11.3 Any unauthorized use of richph's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, richph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the richph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 richph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 richph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. richph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit richph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 richph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
13.2 By registering an account with richph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the richph Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time on the richph website.
13.3 richph may be required to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory authorities in accordance with its legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable law.

14.1 richph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, richph will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14.3 Your continued use of the richph platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the richph platform shall first be referred to richph's customer support team for resolution. richph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through richph's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 richph's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
